Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. In-transit times vary by carrier and method. 

Preorder

Please refer to individual product details for estimated shipping dates. 

Your order will not ship until each item in your order is in stock. To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for your preorder items and one for your in-stock items.

International Orders

If you are placing an international order, we are unable to guarantee the timeliness of arrival of your package, although orders arrive in 2-4 weeks in most cases. There may also be duty payments required at the time your package arrives, we are not responsible for the additional costs incurred on international orders.

Return Policy 

We accept returns on merchandise 30 days from the date of purchase. 
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, including all tags and/or packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. 

Items that are gift cards, downloadable software or marked "Clearance," "Final Sale," or "Personalized" are not eligible for return. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The cost of your prepaid return label will be deducted from your refund amount. Once we receive your returned item(s) for inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method ofd payment and may take up to 7-10 business days to process. You will be refunded for your item(s) only. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. 

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you are seeking an exchange, please return the original item(s) for a refund and place a new order. If you have questions before returning, please email help@shopnbgoods.com.
